The rental price is calculated by multiplying a length-of-stay based rate by the number of nights reserved and adding extra fees such as pet fees for the individual reservation.
Rental Rate
The basic rental rate is $210.00 per night.
Extra Rental Fees
The space can sleep up to 9 guests per night.
The basic rent covers the first 5 guests.
Additional guests cost $20.00 each for nights they stay.
Approved pets are $10.00 for each night they stay.
Rentals for more than one month
If the reservation starts prior to the 15th of the month, the initial payment is for all days rented that calendar month.
If the reservation starts on or after the 15th of the month, the initial payment is for all days rented in the arrival month plus all days rented in the next calendar month.
Subsequent Payments
Payments for subsequent full or
partial calendar months are for all
unpaid days reserved in that month
and are due by the 1st of the month.

Parking, Utilities, Internet, Etc
As part of the rental we provide parking,
electricity, heat controlled by the house's thermostat, high speed wireless internet, internet phone with free calling throughout the usa and canada, clothes washer and dryer and gas-powered backup elecric generator provides continuous power during infrequent severe winter storms.
The rental includes parking for 4 vehicles.
Cancellation Policy
We will refund any payment already received if we receive
notice of the cancellation at least 15
days prior to the reservation start.
